The process of advanced pricing agreement (APA) in Vietnam

The application of APA is an effective method in management of transfer pricing risks and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations. APA has been utilized by many multinational enterprises domiciled in United States of America, Canada, Japan, China, Singapore, etc. For Vietnam, the application of APA is still within the experimental stage.

In this newsflash, Grant Thornton Vietnam would like to highlight notable points of APA application dossier which is guided by Decision No. 558/QD-CT issued on 23 March 2014 by the Ministry of Finance.
