2016年2月 2016年1月25日、政府は、外国法人のベトナムにおける駐在員事務所、支店に関する商業法の施行細則を定める政令 Decree 07/2016/ND-CP（以下 Decree 07）を発行しました。 Decree 07 は、2016年3月10日から施行され、2006年7月25日付け Decree 72/2006/ND-CP、および、商業法の施行細則となる幾つかの政令における行政手続きを改正・補足する2011年12月16日付け Decree 120/2011/ND-CP の第2条が廃止されます。 今回のニュースレターでは、弊社 Grant Thornton Vietnam から、以下についてご案内申し上げたく存じます。 1.外国法人のベトナムにおける駐在員事務所の設立に関する規定。 2.ご留意事項および弊社 Grant Thornton Vietnam からの実務的なアドバイス。
