Grant Thornton Vietnam would like to extend congratulations to Coteccons on the acquisition of GEO Foundations Vietnam. In this transaction, Grant Thornton Vietnam was pleased to support as Deal Advisor, providing financial due diligence to assist Coteccons in comprehensively assessing financial and tax-related risks and opportunities throughout the transaction process; and supporting negotiations with the Seller, particularly in relation to Conditions Precedent (CP) and completion and closing requirements (Completion/Closing items - CS lists), thereby contributing to the optimization of the transaction structure.
