We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 13 partners and more than 380 professional staffs in offices located in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
We are looking for qualified candidates to fill in positions of Transfer Pricing (“TP”) Assistant Manager supporting our Tax Services of Ho Chi Minh City office. General tasks and required qualifications for these positions are as follows:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Practice:
- Manage & support Transfer Pricing Team in HCMC Office to complete the on-going TP engagements to be assigned by Partner and Director from time to time;
- Oversee daily operation of Transfer Pricing team and work with junior levels under assigned projects;
- Provide periodically technical updates and training on international TP practices and local regulations; and
- Support in developing TP Team in HCM in terms of human resource, technical ability, developing standard operational procedures for TP engagements.
Business Development for TP practice:
- Demonstrate an understanding of the firm's services, deliverables and capabilities specifically on TP Practice and takes an active role in cross selling;
- Build an understanding of the potential for selling into clients;
- Participate in business development activities and contributes to sales pitches, for own team as well as the wider firm;
- Build a rapport with the individual client and develops a clear and detailed understanding of the business and client expectations; and
- Meet clients’ expectations, keeping them up to date with progress and engenders trust and respect.
Qualifications/Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in accounting, tax, law or corporate finance;
- Advanced study in Supply Chain Management and/or TP will be a plus;
- Familiarity with Vietnam’s transfer pricing regulations, APA, OECD TP guidance, BEPS and practical matters;
- Approximately of 4-5 years working experience in transfer pricing;
- English literacy;
- Computer literacy;
- Good project management, teamwork, interpersonal and communications skills;
