Grant Thornton Vietnam has recently completed the SAP Business One implementation project at CJ Olivenetworks Vina, a challenging and successful project. After 4 months of implementation, the project has officially gone live with active participation from both parties, especially the enthusiastic support of the leadership from both companies.

The implementation of SAP Business One at CJ Olive Networks Vina is one of the important projects of Grant Thornton Vietnam in the field of enterprise software implementation. With expertise and deep professional knowledge in accounting and system deployment, Grant Thornton's team of experts has implemented the SAP Business One project in an advanced manner while ensuring compliance with current technical requirements and legal regulations.

CJ Olive Networks Vina is a member company of the CJ Group with headquarters in South Korea. In Vietnam, CJ Olive Networks Vina provides information technology system management services, technology application for companies belonging to the CJ Group, diversified in many industries from food production, animal feed, Food & Beverage, and many other fields.

During the implementation process, Grant Thornton Vietnam worked with CJ Olive Networks Vina to build financial management, accounting, inventory, procurement, and sales management subsystems. Especially, the inventory management system was integrated to optimize the management process and reduce errors in operation, meeting real-time reporting, statistical, and data consolidation needs.

In addition, during the implementation process, the two sides also had many exchange and meeting sessions to discuss, evaluate, and adjust subsystems to meet the needs of CJ. They fully complied with VAS reporting standards and IFRS reports sent to the parent company.

Not just a mere implementation project, both parties have also committed to supporting each other in expanding the SAP Business One project at CJ. The leadership of both companies has made specific commitments to support finance, human resources, and professional knowledge to ensure the project is successfully and effectively implemented in the future.

This is a significant step forward for Grant Thornton Vietnam in implementing the SAP Business One enterprise management software and also a stepping stone for upcoming projects. Grant Thornton Vietnam commits to continue accompanying CJ Olive Networks Vina in future projects
