We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solution services. We have a professional team of 12 Partners and more than 380 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

In order to meet the demand of our growing practices, we are looking for a qualified candidate to fill in a position of Client Admin supporting the Audit & Assurance Services in our Hanoi office. Detailed tasks of and required qualifications for this position are as follows:          

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Audit Department’s client database, contract, project and billing system;
  • Assist Audit Partners, Directors and Managers in administration work of Audit Department;
  • Assist in preparation of audit project bidding documents, proposals, contracts/engagement letters;
  • Coordinate with other departments in revenue & billing-relevant issues, audit legal documents, executive report and other administrative work;
  • Monitor availability of stationery;
  • Process and maintain Audit department’s filing system;
  • Perform other duties assigned by Audit Directors/Partner/Managers and Audit team.
     

Qualifications/Skills

Education and career orientation

  • College degree or above in administrative, business, accounting, finance, language or related disciplines.
  • Clear interest in an administrative / client support career path within a professional services environment.
  • Suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with 1–3 years of administrative experience. 

Skills

English at working level: 

  • Able to read and understand emails, contracts, and templates
  • Able to write simple business emails
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good administration and secretarial skill.
  • Good organisation and time management skill.
