The merger brings together a leading professional services firm in Vietnam with an excellent combination of professional team of 14 partners and more than 220 professional staff in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Kenneth Atkinson, the current managing partner of Grant Thornton (Vietnam), will be appointed as executive chairman of the merged firm and Nguyen Chi Trung, the current managing partner of ACPA, will be appointed as managing partner.

Grant Thornton merges with Nexia ACPA in Vietnam to strengthen service capability

Ho Chi Minh City – Grant Thornton (Vietnam) Ltd and Nexia ACPA Auditing & Consulting Co Ltd (“ACPA”) are to merge, with effect from 1 July 2014.
