He has extensive professional experience in taxation and business advisory services, with strong industry knowledge across financial services and banking, education, manufacturing, trading, retail, technology, real estate and renewable energy.
Huy advises both local and multinational companies on a broad range of Vietnamese tax matters, with particular expertise in corporate tax advisory and compliance, tax health checks and risk assessments, tax due diligence for M&A transactions, tax advisory for corporate transactions and business restructuring, tax audit and inspection support, tax appeals and dispute resolution, as well as tax advisory for investment and business operations in Vietnam.
