Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong is an Associate Partner in Grant Thornton Vietnam’s Business Process Solutions practice, with 20 years of experience advising organisations on operating model design, business process optimisation and finance function support, including more than 12 years with Grant Thornton. She advises multinational corporations, foreign-invested enterprises and regional businesses on practical, compliant and scalable operating solutions in Vietnam

She leads multi-disciplinary outsourcing and advisory engagements across finance and accounting, payroll administration, tax compliance, statutory and management reporting, and finance transformation. Her work focuses on helping clients strengthen governance, manage compliance risk, improve operational efficiency and align Vietnam operations with regional and global control and reporting requirements. 

Huong has extensive experience supporting businesses through market entry, expansion, operational transition and finance transformation. She works closely with CFOs, finance leaders and regional management teams to design fit-for-purpose finance and business support models that enable reliable reporting, sound decision-making and sustainable growth.
