Trang Pham is a Director at Grant Thornton Vietnam with 20 years of professional experience in audit, financial advisory and accounting services. She has more than 12 years of audit experience before moving into advisory services, where she focuses on financial due diligence, transaction support and practical accounting solutions for clients across different stages of growth and investment.

Trang advises corporate clients, private equity investors and business owners on buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, including quality of earnings, working capital, net debt, cash flow analysis, purchase price adjustment mechanisms and key financial matters affecting transaction value. Her work helps clients identify deal-critical issues, assess financial risks and translate financial analysis into clear, actionable insights for M&A decision-making.

In addition to transaction advisory, Trang has significant experience supporting accounting and business process services, including financial reporting, bookkeeping, month-end closing, statutory compliance support, accounting process review and practical accounting advice for both Vietnamese and international businesses operating in Vietnam.
