We are a leading professional services organisation in Vietnam providing Audit, Tax, Advisory and Business Process Solutions services. We have a professional team of 13 partners and more than 350 professional staffs in offices located in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

We are looking for an ERP Sales Manager who will be responsible to grow our market share. This role will focus on growing sales opportunities for ERP (SAP B1 and NetSuite) products. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual, who can work under dynamic conditions and can foster relationships with a diverse client base.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving quarterly & annual sales targets
  • Leading sales team and directly report to Director
  • Developing and managing sales cycles from lead to closure
  • Making cold calls and following-up on leads generated from marketing and networking events
  • Responsible for building and maintaining sales pipeline in CRM, forecasting accuracy is key
  • Building and developing strategic account plans
  • Qualifying sales opportunities to ensure optimal use of Presales & consulting resources time during the sales cycle and demonstrating leadership throughout the cycle
  • Working with the marketing team to help develop lead generation campaigns along with target marketing to specific verticals
  • Recruit and grow indirect partner ecosystem in various countries

Qualifications and preferred skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience selling ERP (Cloud or on premise) software solutions
  • High level of energy, drive, intellect, enthusiasm, initiative, and commitment; including the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated to expand personal professional knowledge of product and selling skills, and pursue high performance achievement
  • Strong communication skills, over the phone and face to face, and capable of managing professional sales presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with team members
  • Perfect verbal and written English fluency
  • Must have IT/Software/ERP sales account management background.
