Giang has over 20 years of experience advising businesses across Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, with a client base ranging from owner-managed and FDI enterprises to listed public companies across diverse industries.
She has extensive experience supporting companies with business process improvement, internal control system review and internal audit, helping clients strengthen governance and operational effectiveness at every stage of growth.
Giang is also experienced in transaction support services, including M&A advisory, financial due diligence — supporting clients from opportunity assessment through to deal completion.
