Tourism is an important sector in the economy but it is now feeling the worst impacts from the Covid-19 pandemic. Destinations have turned quiet these days. Travel companies have no way but to scale down their operations and lay off their staff. Across the country, many hotels have had to shut down because of having no guests.
How bad is the situation? To where the tourism industry will go?
