BC Card is Korea’s number 1 payment processing provider, offering end-to-end payment services primarily to financial institutions as well as to merchants. The Company is on its strategy to become a global payment company with subsidiaries across Asia.

Wirecard Vietnam is Vietnam’s leading provider of POS terminals, along with hardware and software support. Its customer base include major state-owned and commercial banks, and numerous financial institutions.

With this acquisition, Wirecard Vietnam will be able to provide more advanced services to its customers by leveraging BC Card technology and technical know-how, contributing to Vietnam’s progress on digitalising the payment market
