Hoang Khoi

Hoang Khoi is a Senior Partner and National Head of Tax Services at Grant Thornton Vietnam, bringing over 30 years of experience in audit, tax, and business advisory services. He began his professional career in 1995 with leading international professional services firms, including Arthur Andersen Vietnam and KPMG, before joining Grant Thornton Vietnam, where he has led the Tax Services practice since 2014 and is a key member of the leadership team shaping the firm's growth, market positioning, and client strategy in Vietnam.

Khoi advises multinational corporations, foreign investors, and leading Vietnamese enterprises on a wide range of tax, investment, and regulatory matters. His expertise spans tax planning, transaction and M&A tax, tax due diligence, business restructuring, licensing and investment advisory, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
